Access NHSmail Helpdesk Self-Service

Local Administrators can now raise Service Requests and Incident tickets directly into the NHSmail Helpdesk by using the NHSmail Helpdesk Self-Service. For guidance on when to use the Service Request and Incident category types, please refer to this article.

The NHSmail Self-Service provides Local Administrators with the ability to perform the following:

When accessing the NHSmail Helpdesk Self-Service, you will be redirected to the NHS.net login page to enter your NHS.net username and password.
