Requesting DNS Updates

Non-NHSmail users

If you do not have an NHSmail account, please follow the process below to raise any DNS related requests:

  1. Please simply click on one of the links below to access the request form
  2. A new email message will be opened when the link is clicked so if any prompts are received, please select ‘allow’.
    NOTE – it is important that you provide all the information requested in the body of the email as this will allow the team to fulfill your request in a timely manner.
  3. Once you are happy that all the necessary information has been provided, please click “send” and this will send your request through for review
    • If approved, the NHS DNS team will raise a ticket on your behalf
    • If rejected, an email response will be received with the rejection reason

NHSmail users

If you do have an NHSmail account, please follow the process below to raise any DNS related requests:

  1. Navigate to the self-service page (insert link)
  2. Click on xxx
