Non-NHSmail users
If you do not have an NHSmail account, please follow the process below to raise any DNS related requests:
- Please simply click on one of the links below to access the request form
- Raise Update Request – should be used if you are wanting to Create/Update/Remove
- Raise Other Request – should be used if you have any other DNS requests
- A new email message will be opened when the link is clicked so if any prompts are received, please select ‘allow’.
NOTE – it is important that you provide all the information requested in the body of the email as this will allow the team to fulfill your request in a timely manner. - Once you are happy that all the necessary information has been provided, please click “send” and this will send your request through for review
- If approved, the NHS DNS team will raise a ticket on your behalf
- If rejected, an email response will be received with the rejection reason
