The Quick Links menu is located towards the top left of the NHSmail Helpdesk Self-Service page and is visible from any page within the NHSmail Helpdesk Self-Service.
The Quick Links menu contains links to the NHS Portal, NHSmail Policy & Guidance and the NHSmail Account Lockout Guidance. The Quick Links menu also provides the option to raise a new Request or Incident. These links perform the same action as the buttons found on the NHSmail Helpdesk Self-Service homepage.
