A multiple is any pharmacy organisation that is a member of the CCA (Company Chemists Association) or AIMp (Association of Independent Multiple pharmacies) and have been assigned ‘super users’ who are the lead contacts at their multiple.
Once verified by the NHSmail team ([email protected]), super users can liaise directly with [email protected] and are responsible and accountable, as shared mailbox owners, for submitting bulk change forms to make user and shared mailbox administration changes. This means that joiners, movers and leavers can be managed centrally by each multiple.
