Click Admin in the navigation bar at the top of the screen and select Organisations from the drop down menu
Enabling Skype voice and video

Disabling Skype
This function is available but can only be carried out by a Global Administrator or a Tenant Administrator. Please contact [email protected] to request this change.
Click on the Settings tab at the right of the Organisation tab
Click the Enable Skype for business toggle to switch from OFF to ON
Handy Hint
The Enable Skype Voice & Video Subscriptions toggle will automatically switch OFF when Skype for Business is disabled
When you have completed any edits:
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page
