Our annual user satisfaction survey is back up and running, following the issues we have been experiencing with the high volume of users simultaneously trying to access it. The survey is now open until Wednesday 24 October 2018. Apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused.
At NHSmail, we’re always trying to improve and build upon our current service to ensure it’s working in the best possible way for you.
To do this, we want to know what works and what doesn’t work for you.

The survey is anonymous and open to anyone who uses an NHSmail email account and closes at 5pm Wednesday 24 October 2018.
