Anti-spoofing – phase two

14/05/2019 – We have implemented the second phase of anti-spoofing controls, redirecting spoofed emails sent from the Health and Social Care Network (HSCN) / Transition Network (TN – formerly known as N3) to users’ junk mailboxes.

All spoofed emails from the HSCN / TN and the internet will go direct to the ‘Junk E-Mail’ folder within mailboxes.

To make sure that you don’t miss any emails that still need to be actioned, please regularly check the ‘Junk E-Mail’ folder within your mailbox, including any shared mailboxes that you manage.

Note: All spoofed emails (internet or HSCN / TN generated) will be blocked from 9 July 2019, this means that spoofed emails will no longer be received by users.
