Users from different trusts are unable to access OWA. Error received : Something went Wrong.

An issue has been reported with regards to some users unable to access Outlook Web Access. Users are being presented with the ‘Something went Wrong’ error. This issue is currently being investigated by the Accenture support teams.

The issue regarding some users experiencing the ‘Something went wrong’ error when attempting to access Outlook Web Access (OWA) has now been resolved. Users should log out of any existing OWA sessions and clear their browser cache before logging back in to OWA.
