Issue Description:
A low number of users from different trusts are reporting intermittent issues with Outlook Web Access. Users are currently unable to use the ‘New’ or ‘Forward’ button and in some cases, unable to send emails. This issue is being investigated by the Accenture support teams.
Final Update – 13/04/2019 15:40: The intermittent Outlook Web Access issues have now been resolved. Users should clear their browser cache and log out of any existing Outlook Web Access sessions before logging back into their account.
