Portal – Godwit Release
A further Portal release named ‘Godwit’ was implemented as planned on the evening of the 29/03/2019 with new features and bug fixes for Hybrid Office 365 integration along with the ability to view user logins within the Portal.
New Core Functionality
- Local Admins are able to view recent user logins for individual users within the User Management screen.
- Updates to the GP Locums registration page with regards status validation.
New O365 Functionality
- Updates to the MFA enablement functionality to set licenses and additional validation.
- Request functionality along with additional Approval/Rejection B2B Group Federation functionality.
- Scheduled job to automatically enable/disable MFA.
- O365 or global admins are able to assign PowerBI free licenses.
- Additional Sharepoint guidance messaging and sharing functionality
- Further minor ‘Business to Business’ functionalities./li>
Bugs Fixed
- Fixes issues when MFA licenses are being provisioned.
- Updates to audit logs when running ATP reports.
- Fixes to global admin functionality regarding O365 permissions and user policy.
