Issue Description: Users have reported issues relating to email access through OWA. They are receiving an error message : “An unexpected error occurred”. Email access works fine through Outlook and mobile.

Current Update – 03/12/2018 12:45: The issues regarding some users experiencing a ‘something went wrong’ error when accessing the NHSmail Outlook Web App (OWA) have now been resolved. This was caused by a problem with Office Web Apps integration. Users should be able to access the OWA without any further issues
